Please make sure you follow the steps below. These steps are to help minimise delays and possible further costs incurred by supplying incorrect artwork.
Please ensure you have created your artwork as per the product specification sheet supplied by your Account Manager. You will need a specification sheet to complete your artwork correctly. If you do not have a product specification sheet please call us on 0845 430 9092 to arrange for one to be sent to you or your designer. Please see our artwork FAQ's for more information.
Please ensure you have viewed/checked your artwork quality by viewing your PDF at the following:

Note: Web or low resolution graphics can cause unwanted pixelation effects when enlarged therefore we recommend that images used in the artwork be of the highest quality at least 300dpi in 1/4 sized artwork.
We endeavour to do a technical check of all artwork files before printing, however we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising directly from supplied artwork. Please note that we DO NOT proof read your artwork (including spelling).
When uploading artwork please include your job reference number and your company name in the details you provide as this will ensure that your job is processed correctly and without delay. Your job reference number will have been supplied to you by your Account Manager.

on 0845 430 9092 and ask to speak to your Account Manager.

will need to complete the information required and then you will be able to upload your files to us.
Important! The overall upload size limit is 2GB, however please make sure that your
individual file sizes do not exceed 250MB.
